SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery

We offer standard delivery across the United Kingdom for all orders.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days, although we post as quickly as possible!
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Costs:

• Orders under £40: £3.95
• Orders £40 and above: FREE standard delivery

Processing & Dispatch: All orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
